Are Turkey teeth safe?
They can be — the materials and Turkish clinics are not the problem. The risk comes from aggressively shaving healthy teeth for speed. At an authorised clinic using minimal-prep veneers and preserving enamel, a smile makeover in Turkey is safe. Ask exactly how much of your natural tooth will be removed.
Why do Turkey teeth go wrong?
Because the cheapest packages file 60–70% of healthy teeth into stumps to fit a full set of crowns quickly. That is irreversible and can damage the nerve and cause lasting sensitivity. The fix is choosing minimal-prep veneers and a clinic that does not destroy healthy tooth structure.
What is the difference between veneers and "Turkey teeth"?
"Turkey teeth" usually means a fast full set of crowns, which removes a lot of tooth. True veneers are thin facings bonded to lightly prepared teeth, preserving enamel. We use minimal-prep E.max veneers wherever the case allows and only crown a tooth that genuinely needs it.
